The paddles have ridges that are designed to help the dilator stay put in your nose, and shouldn't be hurting you. Please reach out to us at info@rhinomed.global and we can organise a refund.

Thanks Michele. Glad Mute's helping you sleep better. You're absolutely not the first to suggest a nose ring version. Our current 'daytime' dilator is Turbine, which is designed for sport and exercise. It's yellow, but we also get a lot of feedback about making other colors. I'll add this to the list.
