since I discovered these nasal dilator my breathing during the night has increased so much.
I had a deviated septum & it cause my nasal cavity air to be smaller, this dilator has been fantastic & I sleep so much better at night now.
I didn't realise how blocked my breathing was until I used the dilator. My sleep is improved as a result. I'll continue using Mute.

Doesn’t seem to be preventing snoring or even lessening it….

i been using the tape and its very effective, however i am wondering why the high price for this item? more than a dollar each night.

Certainly does increase air flow when awake, but seems to irritate my nostrils, causes mucus build up and nose blockage. Still snoring
Thanks for the feedback. You've left this review on Turbine, but I can see you purchased both Mute and Turbine. I just want to make sure that it's clear Mute is designed for night time use, and Turbine for day time and exercise. They can both be used in both scenarios, but they are different shapes and materials for those specific use cases, and are ideally suited for their designed use.
Good starter kit to work out what size to buy. Product works for me with an improvement in breathing through my nose b

Very good. Used Medium from Starter Pack and definitely helped me breath more clearly. My wife said I haven't snored at night either. Only thing is they aren't reusable for very long so I'm trying another brand. They are adjustable per nostril which is great.

I have tried lots of things to help keep nasal passages clear while I sleep. I was pleasantly surprised that this product works so well. I can hardly tell it's in. Would recommend. I bought the starter pack to figure out sizing.

I much prefer these to the previous yellow nasal dilator - a more comfortable fit.
Thanks Helen. I assume you're referring to our other product, Turbine? That's designed to be a bit firmer to ensure it stays put during strenuous exercise, compared to the softer Mute for comfort while sleeping. Sounds like Mute is the one for you!
The starter pack is the way to start as it allowed me to decide which of the sizes was the best fit.Last night was the first night I used one and it really works!!
I will check them out for a few nights to be certain of the fit.

Seems to work well. Wife says she has noticed that I haven't snored as much as in the past. I can't tell a difference in the quality of my sleep but will continue to use.

These have really made a difference. Incredible little invention. My husband says there are nights where I don't snore at all and some where I have minimal and much softer snoring. I also feel as if I am getting a better quality of sleep.

For me the issue is my beard. Mute sticks to my beards without killing me the next morning pulling it off.

I was skeptical that this devise would reduce snoring for me and my wife, but in fact it has. A lot. We don't go to sleep without our dilators, and we don't leave home without them either. My only quibble is with the packaging, which is incredibly wasteful and difficult to open. I get you want a certain size box for marketing, but the plastic tray with the three compartments sealed and glued shut are an incredible pain in the ass.
