So far it is working for my 93 year old husband, a mouth breather who refuses his CPAP machine. These circular styles require extra tape on the second wearing, while the older oblong ones did not.
That's great to hear Mute Mouth Tape is working so well. As for the second wearing, we don't recommend this. Each piece of Mouth Tape is designed to be worn once, and will lose its adhesive properties after being removed.
It works as adjunct to OAT for OSA very well

after one week of use it hurts to wear, full of small "spikes", you could start by testing on people who need to use this; ie. people with deviated septum etc. not on perfect barbies and kens. the attention and detail that went into the typical american convenience packaging could have been used to test the product a bit more.

the "concept" is good but the piece is full of spikes and it hurts the nostrils, after one week of use it "eats" away the skin and the spikes are cutting into the flesh. did you test it properly?

What a great product. The micro adjustments allow a perfect fit that allows unrestricted nasal airflow without nasal irritation.

This is a great alternative to strips. It's comfortable enough to sleep in. I'll be interested to see if they make a daytime version that looks like a nose ring.

Our current 'daytime' dilator is Turbine, which is designed for sport and exercise. It's yellow, but we also get a lot of feedback about making other colors. I'll add this to the list.

I’ve been using these dilators for quite some time now and they are a life changer. Sleeping is so much better, I breathe thru my nose all night and this eliminates dry mouth and is such a better night sleep. So happy I found them, can’t remember how, but so happy I did. I'm A Medium, But The Bridge Distance To The Part That Opens Up The Nostrils Is To Short Even Bottoming Out The Bridge To The Bottom Of My Nose It Falls A Little Short, Do You A Make Or Offer Longer Ones, It Only Needs To Be A Little Longer By An 1/8-1/4 Inch More Longer And Would Allow The Circles To Reach Where I Need The Lift In My Nostrils To Breath Better. They Work I Can Tell They Are, But Not As Good As They Could Had They Been The Correct Length To The Bridge For My Nostrils!

Thanks for the great review. Interesting that you're using Turbine for sleep. We typically recommend Mute for sleep and Turbine for exercise, but some customers do prefer one or the other sometimes.

Here's a little tip on taking them off. Use your tongue from the inside to release them. Comes right off without tearing it off, ouch!

I have tried four different mouth tapes, and this is the best one for me. The adhesive is perfect for a good seal without leaving Black specs after removal. I actually trim off in an oval shape about a quarter inch from the top so it fits my nose a little better.

I’ve been using Mute now for several years. I was happy to find an appliance that was adjustable as I have a deviated septum on one side.
It has definitely made my sleep that much more comfortable. It’s too bad that I cannot find a store where I live, the one that did initially no longer carry’s them.
