Mutes are wonderful. They have really improved my sleep and eliminated my snoring. I have been using them for 2 years.
Due to Rhinomed's persistent supply issues, I was forced to buy 2 starter kits in order to obtain 2 size small... kind of a waste of money as I won't use the other 2 sizes but I really needed the size small.

Great product but ordering and delivery sometimes can be delayed and the medium size is often unavailable

Thanks for the review. We're always working on changes to the comfort, and generally feel that our three adjustable sizes are the best way a person can find the most comfortable fit for themselves.
Great product and works really well. The only thing I miss is the little arrows you used to have that show you where the crease is to pull it apart. You used to have that on them.
I tried another product and it didn't work nearly as well.
Thanks for the review, Mark! We have changed the packaging a few times based on user feedback. Even without the arrows, it should be pretty easy to pull slightly to find where the crease is, but we'll take the feedback on board.
Well, even the small is painful to wear, pinching the septum after a few minutes. Doesn’t work for me, a 5’7” woman. Nice idea though.

I can’t imagine any adult having a small enough nose for the small one but anyway I tried the other two and it was obvious the medium worked best. It was easy to follow the instructions, but I had to stop using it when the allergies flared up and my nose was quite tender and sore. However, I anticipate using it when my nasal lining calms down.
Hi Jacqui, thank you for the great review! Medium is our most popular size, but there are definitely people who need the Small or Large versions. Hopefully your allergies calm down and you're able to use Mute again soon.

I have a problem with "dry mouth" which is exascerbated by breathing through my mouth while sleeping. "MUTE" works well for me and has solved my dry mouth problem. Thank you.

I've used the Rhinomed nasal dilators for many years. While they have not eliminated my snoring, in combination with my oral appliance they make it possible for my wife and I to sleep together without me interrupting her sleep significantly.

Thanks for the review! In terms of comfort, it can be down to fit. If the size is too small, or adjustments too loose, it can move around too much. Equally, it could be too large and pushing too much on the inside of your nostrils. It's definitely worth trying multiple sizes to get the right fit.
