Can I purchase Mute products with my HSA or FSA card?

Yes! You can now use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit card at checkout when purchasing Mute and Turbine products (including Mute Mouth Tape).

Which products are eligible for HSA/FSA payment?

All Mute Nasal Dilator, Turbine Nasal Dilator and Mute Mouth Tape products are eligible for purchase with HSA/FSA cards, as they are designed to improve breathing and reduce snoring, which supports better sleep and overall health.

How do I pay with my HSA/FSA card?

At checkout, simply enter your HSA or FSA debit card details just like you would with any other credit or debit card. If the payment is approved, your order will be processed immediately.

Do I need a prescription to use my HSA/FSA card?

In most cases, no prescription is required for Mute products. However, some HSA/FSA plans may require a doctor’s note or Letter of Medical Necessity. If your provider requests this, you can obtain documentation from your healthcare professional.

What if my HSA/FSA card is declined?

If your card is declined, it may mean that your plan requires additional documentation or that your provider does not classify Mute as an eligible expense. You can:

    • Contact your HSA/FSA administrator for clarification.
    • Pay with another form of payment and submit the receipt manually for reimbursement (if allowed by your plan).

Can I submit my receipt for reimbursement later?

Probably. If your HSA/FSA card doesn’t work at checkout, you can still buy with a regular credit card and submit the receipt to your plan administrator. Mute products typically qualify as reimbursable expenses, depending on your plan.

Where can I get a receipt with the details needed for reimbursement?

Your order confirmation email includes a detailed receipt with the product name, quantity, and price, which is usually sufficient for HSA/FSA reimbursement. If you need additional documentation, please contact our customer support team.
