Mute Mouth Tape (30 Pack)

Breathe Smarter, Sleep Better

Mouth breathing increases upper airway collapsibility during sleep and mouth opening may contribute to the occurrence of sleep related breathing abnormalities such as snoring. Mute Mouth Tape has been designed for adults who mouth breathe at night.

Mute Mouth Tape is designed to be placed over the middle of your mouth and to keep either side of the mouth free. The unique design enables you to learn how to keep your mouth closed at night without feeling restrained.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

More About Mute Mouth Tape

REDUCES MOUTH BREATHING
Mute Mouth Tape helps train you to keep your mouth shut when you sleep, allowing you to breathe more through your nose.

PROMOTES NASAL BREATHING
Nasal breathing is better for filtering the air you breathe, while humidifying and warming your air intake. Breathing through your nose can also release nitric oxide that improves oxygen circulation through your body.

REST, NOT RESTRAINT
Some mouth tapes cover your entire mouth and can feel restrictive. Mute Mouth Tape does not cover the entire mouth, leaving you a buffer to breathe through the mouth while you develop your nasal breathing.

IMPROVES SLEEP
Increased nasal breathing can give you a better night’s sleep, letting you wake up feeling more refreshed and without the dry mouth feeling.

GOES WELL WITH MUTE NASAL DILATOR
Pair Mute Mouth Tape with our Mute Nasal Dilator to ensure optimal nasal airflow.

AVAILABLE IN PHARMACIES & DRUG STORES
Mute Mouth Tape is the first Mouth Tape to be stocked in store by Walgreens and CVS in the US.

FDA LISTED
Mute Mouth Tape is listed with the US Food & Drug Administration and conforms to the strictest medical standards. Mute Mouth Tape is made from soft, pliable, medical-grade tape.
